About this category
This award recognises a founder, managing director or senior leader of a recruitment business whose leadership has grown the business, developed its people and raised its standards. Judges look for the leader's own decisions and their effect on the business, its consultants and its clients.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
