This award recognises a resourcer or sourcing specialist whose searching, screening and engagement have found outstanding candidates. Judges look for sourcing skill, the quality of candidates found and the contribution to placements.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
