About this category
This award recognises a recruiter or resourcer early in their career who has shown exceptional results, attitude and potential. Judges look for rapid progress, the quality of their work and feedback from clients, candidates and managers.
Eligibility
Open to recruiters and resourcers with up to three years in recruitment, of any age.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
