This award recognises an in house recruiter, talent partner or talent acquisition manager whose work has helped their organisation hire well. Judges look for hiring outcomes, partnership with managers and the experience given to candidates.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
