This award recognises an agency, team or employer that gives candidates an outstanding experience, with clear communication, fair process, timely feedback and respect, whether or not they are hired. Judges look for how experience is designed, measured and improved.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client, candidate or colleague evidence. Client and candidate names must not be disclosed without consent: describe placements in anonymised terms, and give commercially sensitive figures as percentages or ranges. Nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the business or team, so smaller agencies compete on equal terms.
